April / May 2017: Referendum news

In April one neighbourhood plan was successful at referendum. In April no less than 30 plans successfully passed referendum, including Bookham, Salford Priors and Coleshill. Full details of all referendum results for April and May are available here.

Following the Housing and Planning Act 2016, two Statutory Instruments laying down regulations and orders for “brownfield registers” and “permission in principle”, were published on 23rd March, coming into force in mid-April.
